A small agency whose strength is a personal approach.

“A good real estate transaction starts when someone actually listens.”
Allan Ehasalu is the founder of Fundus Real Estate. His background is varied — he has worked as an auditor, in corporate finance at one of Estonia's largest banks, and led sales teams. For the past five years he has been working in real estate.
This background gives the ability to view a real estate transaction from several angles at once: numbers, the legal side, negotiations, and the human decision. It helps the client see the whole picture, not just one aspect.
Allan's approach is inspired by the Toyota school of selling — advisory selling that puts the client's real needs first. The goal is not to sell quickly, but to help the client make a better decision. Often this means advising not to act — when the time is not right.
